Purchased Items

We offer flexible options for returns and exchanges on purchased items:

• Store Credit Returns: You may return items within 14 days of purchase for store credit.

• Exchanges: Items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. If the new item has a higher price, the difference will be added at checkout.

• Return Process: All returns and exchanges must be posted back to our store using a return slip provided by us.

  • If your purchase is under $300, a shipping fee will be applied.

• Store Credit Issuance: Store credit will be issued once we receive and assess the returned garment to ensure it is in its original condition.

Rental Items

We understand that plans can change! Please see our rental return and cancellation terms below:

• Booking Cancellations: For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to dispatch day.

• Change of Mind or Item Swap: Any changes to your rental booking (e.g. size or style) must be made at least 24 hours prior to dispatch day.
